Samuel Groves supplies kitchenware to the commercial market; therefore our products are only available if you hold a trade account with us and are supplied with log in details.

If you have an existing account with us, then please fill out the register form available on the home page.

How do I open a trade account with Samuel Groves?

Please contact us on 0121 569 7900 with your business information in order to open a trade account with us.

The process is quick and easy; you will then be supplied with a trade account number which you should quote when contacting us.

Do you charge for P&P?

Postage and Packaging is free on all orders above £100.00 when delivered to England, Wales & Scotland.

For orders under £100.00, delivered to England, Wales & Scotland , a carriage charge of £5.50 will apply.

For orders under £200.00, delivered to Northern & Southern Ireland, a carriage charge of £15.00 will apply.

For orders under £500.00, delivered to the Channel Islands, a carriage charge of £45.00 will apply.

When will I have my order delivered to me?

If products on your order are in stock, your order will be despatched and be delivered to you the very next day.

Please contact us if you wish to arrange an alternative date and time to suit you.

What are your opening hours?

The sales office is open daily from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & from 8am to 4pm on Fridays. Please leave a message if you call out of office hours. See the Contact Us page for more details.

Can I have product images to use for my marketing material?

We hold a database of product images, catalogues and other marketing material available to existing trade account holders.
